In my ideal version of AGI, I would love something that the AGI needs to learn how to do quantum physics in its own way. There's no doubt an AGI could build a stronger understanding of that than we could. But then some things humans are just really bad at. We don't understand the quantum world through direct sensation and action. We understand it through a bunch of dodgy abstractions.
