We're trying to get them to reflect in the process of both the good and the badand i know that when things don't go well, when something bad happens, oftentimes when we try to engage and teach those moments, it comes across as blaming certain individuals instead of getting individuals to take responsibility. I like to potentially players through what happened there? Ad, what do you think caused that to happen? Bad or good? What ideas you have to solve that problem now? And you might get some players that take responsibility, for a, with your rebounding example here, a missed box out, for instance
