The Importance of Affirmative Action in Government Contracting

Dr. Judge Glock is Senior Director of Policy and Research at the Cicero Institute. He's also an Intrigued Editor at City Journal Magazine. In a recent article, he says affirmative action in government contracting has become more pervasive than previously thought. Dr. Glock: Government needs to set aside 10% of all contracts for minority owned enterprises or local or state level governments sometimes as high as 30%.
