Will to power, or will in the general sense, as an individual psychological explanation. But really as a metaphysical principle, it applies to life in general. So nicha is not as individualistic as he seems 90 % at the time. Even just t that the weaker should serve the stronger, to that it is persuaded by it own will, which would be master over. What is weaker still like?
