We've been shooting radiation at other planets. We have using the iro ceval telescope. It's sort of like our inter planetary telephone. Our civilization is very, very noisy in radio but using aro. But we have specifically sent messages out into space,. Sometimes to probe other planets, also, sometimes just to say hullo to the aliens. Like, who there? You up new phone? Who dis?
