We Don't Go to New Crime Scenes
In shows like Criminal Minds and Profiler, you have to entertain people. So they can't just have profilers doing what we do. One of the fallacies is that typically they have like a whole team and Criminal Minds, they have a whole team of people going out. It just never happened with us. We don't go to fresh crime scenes. The information that we need is not available usually for weeks. And it takes days to do those kinds of things.
