A Red Tide Model for a High Risk Day

We have eight beaches that were affected quite a bit over the past ten years. That was enough to train our model pretty well, so we were able to converge to some steady estimates using our maximum likelihood estimation. We could look at ocean currents, satellite data that estimates where this red tide is off the coast. Also use those water samples that are collected on a regular basis, even though the data is often one to two days old when it's available.
