Creatine has been shown to improve all sorts of brain performance metrics. The people who seem to have the biggest improvement in creating when taking creatine are people who have naturally lower levels. People tend to be vegans and vegetarians, as well as elderly. There's some very promising early data for certain clinical conditions. I would say creatine is very close to a super compound based off all the data it already has. But honestly, the more research that gets done, just the more awesome it becomes.
