The Labor Market Continues to Be Hot Despite Fed Interest Rate Increases
Last Friday's jobs report that blue expectations out of the water was 517,000 new jobs. I think the broad macro story in 2022 is that both monetary and fiscal policy have long and variable legs. So on net, the economy grew pretty strongly in the second half of the year. Grew OK if you look at the year as a whole.
