The Importance of a Deep Reading Programme

A deep reading programme focuses on less being more and depth being breadth. Each book deals with a different facet of the human condition. It's almost like an athlete drilling shots and swings and practising for the big event. These books are an opportunity for us to really figure out what we think and feel about something. The great thing about vicarious experience is we get exposure to a lot of different dilemmas, moral dilemmas that we wouldn't get in our normal life.
