The price comes from mimicking other services. They don't like to say that out externally. But I've had conversations with people at the very top of the company who said that they were modeling it a little bit after Hulu, which was sort of the first big streaming service to offer ads. To your question about culture, I just think this year, in general, has been very destructive towards a culture that was pretty unique in business.
