Introduction

I've been teaching professionally since 19 84. It's been a great experience in rewarding it's also a disturbing profession for i've taught thousands of individuals. We all have tremendous potential, and we are all blessed with gifts. Yet the one thing that holds all of us back is some degree of self doubt. This factor ultimately decides one's future much more than school grades. Often in the real world, it's not the smart to get ahead, but the bold.
