The Effect of Face Pay on the Anti-War Movement in Russia
A lot of the people that I spoke to and a lot of opposition activists, I think, have that concern. And so that reason they tend to not use face pay because it is voluntary. So they prefer to pay in more traditional ways than by using that. But even if they don't use that, there just still are cameras in the metro that have clearly been used to identify them and contain them.
