Inspector General's Reform

The inspector general's office is under review by the House and Senate. Congress has a lot more authority over controlling vacancies reform than it does on removal. The president can basically replace a senate confirmed inspector general with someone who's not senate confirmed, and who obviously won't have the same independence as an inspector general.
