What's Happened Over the Last Two Years?
The performance ofrets ins inception. We've delivered 24 % returns despite over a year of that, or two years that we've been operating in the full shadow of the pandemic. Even during the pandemic, when there is a complete pause in decision making by customers corpret occupiers, we have been able to successfully close forty new lease deals. And then again, just to kind of drill down, oke what's the performance been in the last one year, where there's been a lot of cans around commercial offices,. A lot of businesses have had challenges enow, wehave continued to be resilient.
