The Buddy System in Workplaces

When I was 12 years old, my middle school ran a study abroad program in London. The second day we were out together and we ended up stopping to look at some kiosks that had souvenirs. It would look like I was alone and I feel someone grab my arm. In the creepiest voice I'd ever heard I immediately darted around the other side of the kiosk back to my friends. My work is now implementing the buddy system which I would recommend all workplaces do. No one leaves alone and we stick in groups. You never know what people may want to do to you.
