i love that you touch on the stretching things. That's, i mean, for me, like, that was the first place i run to. I remember when we worked together, and there was like, no suggestive stretchings. And my mind was just like, frick and blown. And i mean, the results are showing for there. So you hear, hear folks like, stretching isn't the right place to start to attack. You feel like, if you feel good because of it, then definitely keep it in. Some runners have a good warm up where they're doing a whole bunch of stretches. But for other people, mi not.
