Did Joseph Smith Really Translate a Dynamic Language?

This one's similar to the characters just because the characters document, we obviously don't have the original meaning of it. In this case, we have the source material of what Joseph Smith claims to be translating through God. He would have had some sort of conversations with God or gotten exposed to, if not written, then verbal, right, exposure to the endemic language. And then he would have been translating on the fly to these people asking him questions. This one obviously is a big, big fail on this one. Because why?
