When we look at letting go, how to actually let go is to relax the body and relax the mind. So that's being aware of what you're experiencing, what you're feeling in the present moment. You use that to watch and notice when that physical attention starts to rise, and then you address it head on. By doing that, you are self-soothing, and you are calming your body in creating an internal spaciousness.
