I don't care if you actually sleep during your nap time, but yukan and people are saying, you know, i don't have half an hour. You scroll for half an hour before you even know what happened. If you give yourself a chance to rest instead of scroll, just take one scrolling, just one scrorling time out of your schedule, you could literally change your life. I hope that people listening will feel like they've been not only given permission to nap, but that they pursue it with self love in mind. Thank you so much for this.
