If you want to start something, and you're asking people, you know nothing about it. Surround yourself with like-minded people, and mentor you. Listen to podcasts. There's a lot of great podcasts. We'll tell you guys more about some great podcasts we like. But... You've got to start yourself with the right people. That's who you want to follow. Anything else on that? We're good.
