The false flats are the worst. You're like, why am I going 18 miles per hour at 300 and something? Best bike split can give you some breakdowns if you want to do that in terms of what you should do. It typically recommends that you shift up somewhere around 10%, a little under 10%. And then if it's slightly downhill, that you let yourself drop within, you know, 3% or 4%.
