Is it better to be right some of the times than consistent all the time? What would throw user off? Do you allow for flexibility in the report? Should just be accurately describing what it's doing. I think i get, i think i distract if i'm trying to convey an insight, or a series of insights, i feel like i miss it. And so i'd rather have consistent reports as oppost allowing some flexibility,. ecause i tink it distracts the users.
