Breathing Is the Most Soothing Practice
The most soothing practice for many simply closing the eyes and listening to sounds in your environment arise and pass extends the sense of the mind beyond the boundaries of the head. Every event around you is happening inside of your mind which it is from the most distant sound of traffic or planes or people talking to the most proximal sound from the direct environment in which you're practicing. If this is not for everyone, we don't need to close our eyes at all when doing yoga. We just release allowing so it's receiving the in-breath and releasing the out now.
