I think of a talent manager if we're going down like in that direction as kind of like your director of operations. It's more reliable now. It's almost more trustworthy in some ways than, you know, traditional advertising. The issue is also that these are people and they're like small businesses of a human. So yeah, we're kind of in the background organizing all of these things. And at the same time, making sure we support them in every way.
