The Differences Between Personal Training, Strength, and General Fitness

I think what I'm getting into now is more longevity. How do we live longer? Not just longer, but healthier and have better quality of life through those years. And so I look at a lot of data and research from the healthiest, longest living societies and people in the world. The one most common denominator among all of these populations of people is movement. It's not max effort squatting; it's not crossfit wads. It's just walking movement,. If you can do that, you're setting yourself up on a very, very good path to giving yourself the best chance to live as long as you possibly can.
