I think one of the big things that leapt out at me was this idea that we talk quite often about automation, the effect this has on jobs. And so I think you describe it as like a crumbling staircase or automation nibbling away at jobs. So something that that made me think about was, you know, how you retain your kind of self worth and also value as an employee within the workplace.
