The Cost of a Stick Built House
Stick built is probably the most cost effective way to go. It just all depends on the design you want and how high up the ground you want to get. If we were going to build that same shipping container house with a master bedroom suite, you know, can't leave it out? That would be like really what I would want the rock home to look like. How much was that home to build? It was over $300 a square foot.
