Ouw: The pandemic was a wake up call for me, just kind of realizing that no matter what you do, you know, if you can kind of insulate yourself from having outside forces kind of impact to your business. And so we switched over to online, and i basically cut all everyone's prices in half and said, ok, stick with us. We don't really do much marketing, which kind of crazy, but the word of mouth that hit through on line was incredible.
