The Importance of Body Positivity

Body positivity does not necessarily mean that we never want to improve or improve our state of metabolic health, right? So you can love yourself for who you are and who you become over time and also who you want to be. But when we disregard the metabolic health component and we disregard the body composition component or just dropping the desire to improve at all and becoming complacent, I don't necessarily agree with that aspect. We're going to come back to more of this, uh, respiration aspect.
