The Role of Botany in the Colonial Conquest

Botany's role in colonial conquest, slave labor loops back into the ecological kind of stuff here. These are all deeply and intricately tied up in each other. I think we do have to then fall back to our usual thing that these things like do emerge with this regime of brutality but that doesn't exhaust all of their possibilities.
