Are We Prepared to Spend That Money?

I'm sure there is quite a market for perfect little, you don't no health issues, little white babies with blond hair and blue eyes. And it's so naive say that. I can tell you what the outcome is for kids that age out of the foster care system, and let me tell you, it is dire. The state was basicly doing nothing to provide a inadequate education for these school children in the detroit public schools. We don't even want to teach our kids to read or write, but they have to be born. But then whatever happens afterwards? Is certainly not the state's concern.
