The first hire was the most important. Ye had to bring some body in from the outside you were going to yet put him in a position they had to spike so highly, so clearly, so quickly. On those two things, they were excellent at what they did, and they shipped,. They were great representations of what our aspirational culture was. No one wants to work wof them. We cannot keep perpetuating that either one of these things was an acceptable outcome for er acceptable patent.
