I'm chuffed and delighted for Damian that he got the win especially after last year when he was so far ahead and then his groin let him down as he says it does. So now on to the main interview with none other than Richard Asquith who is an author and whose book we will be talking about. He has a new book out just a few weeks ago and it's a book called The Race Against Time Adventures in Late Life Running. For anyone who's read Feet in the Clouds, Today We Die a Little or Running Free you'll know that Richard is one of the best running writers around. His books are engaging he writes beautifully lyrically you get drawn in by his characters
