Is There a Chance to Ease Out a Little More for UK Companies?
UK stocks have become more attractive for overseas buyers because of the relative weakness of sterling. M&A activity for foreign companies company and buying up UK companies rose to 25 billion during the third quarter of last year. That's an increase of nearly 14 billion year on year so it suggests that we're sort of a low cost target for overseas buyers at the moment. The wood group could be another company to keep tabs on very closely in the in the weeks ahead.
