Liz: Having processes clearly documented and yeah, I'm sure that goes a long, long way. And you'll just get a backlog of requests too because everything is all tied to one another. Liz: It's really important to be transparent with changes through regular staff communication. People want to know what's going on, especially when it's a big change like this. LZ: We put an integration task force in place at the end of August. We discuss key areas, finance operations, HR, marketing and legacy employees can expect change.
