Test Anxiety Is Not a Trivial Thing
Anxiety is a preparatory mechanism for learning. For uncertainty. It's like a response to uncertainty and your brain is attempting to... Yeah. So in test anxiety, but if it's too much arousal, you can't take in new information and you can't perform well. And I'll just say test anxiety is not a trivial thing because some people who suffer from test anxiety can't finish college.
