The Mind Shift: How to Control Everything

I think this is kind of the mind shift like, Oh, we need to control. We didn't make sure that everything is in everything is being organized together. So if you're going to go put create a new a new application, whatever has customer, you know what it is. And everybody knows they can go trust that that was well defined.
