Are We at War With Russia?
Russia can still do quite a bit, even though its military has shown that it is inapt in its ability to maintain a sustained offensive across any distance. But i think we're to learn, maybe several years from now, what we've been doing to pre empt massiva russian siber attacks. I don't believe that russia wants to escalade. I think the lithuanian army could march on on saint petersburg right now based on their current losses. And an effective offensive operation involves then conducting shifting to close combat with a combination of fire, a and manoeuvre. It involves posing multiple dilemmas to the enemy. You want to strike the enemy from unexpected locations
