The Inertia of Silicon Valley

Sally Kohn: Silicon Valley lacks the dynamism that it had back in the 1980s. She asks how much of this is a familiar story of capitalism and how much is unique to what was taking place there. Kohn: It's not exactly like the great oil discoveries of the past or the construction of machines or the industrial revolution. But I wonder if you could just describe its journey from dynamism to oligarchy.
