Sally Kohn: It seems to me we're insisting on keeping US soldiers posted as sitting ducks in Syria. She says the Kurds played an important role against ISIS, but they were defending themselves. "It was not a favor to the United States for them to defend themselves against ISIS," she says. The risk is that we actually end up in a direct military confrontation with Iran and now the land war in the Middle East,Kohn adds.
