With carbs, I think we've made a mistake of grouping it all together in the pursuit of branded diets and so forth. With bio-individuality, we're also talking about the bio-Individuality. If you eat a bowl of saccaba hydrates and your blood sugar goes up 50 points, it's too many carbs. So let's get real. Let's get more protein, maybe add some fats, you know, change like glucose goddess. But I'm not anti-carb. I just think quality is important.
