Mongolia's fertility is close to three children per woman. Not even any Asian country is remotely close to this. Japan has the highest fertility of any of kind of their highly urbanized, highly educated industrialized East Asian countries. But besides Mongolia, this is pretty much East Asia's very low fertility.
