What Are the Top Three to Five Mobilizations?

The problem with three or five mobilizations is that you end up prioritizing some areas and some tissues, and completely de prioritizing other areas of your body. I see so many people who literally are missing overhead motion, and then wonder why they'r shoulders hurt when they do pull up. You have to be able to do everything physiologically that a human can do. Even if you don't do pistols, you have to get into pistol shape.
