Is Technology Going to Be the Answer to Africa's Problems?

Africa is a series of five stacked plateaus. The internal transports always been difficult, and so once the world industrialized, or started to industrialize, in the early 18 hundreds they got left behind. There will not be a new scramble for africa, colonial style. It'll have to be more in partnership. And it's going to take both sides years to figure out what the comfortable operating environment is. In the meantime, we are going to have global food shortages that start at the end of this year. That's going to slow everything down.
