In patients who have an acute de novo hypertension they may develop significant brain hyper you know cerebral edema related to pressures that are not as high as we would usually worry about. So those are people who can have a hypertensive emergency with a blood pressure that's less than 180 over 110 or over 120. Classic examples of that would be preeclampsia eclampsia younger patients specially kids you know with with acute glomerular on the Fridays and a few chromocytoma crisis. These are important exceptions to just you know there's some people who are very sixated on a number.
