Is There a Decrease in Women of Color?
Just three of the for five n companies are today run by african american sios or men um. And that's a decline from ten years ago, right? Um, what do you what do you think is going on? Well, i think that's a complicated question, but my view is we just have to do more on the inclusion side. I've been on corporate boards for 20 years, and companies have been talking for 20 years about getting more women on boards and it's still a issue.
