The World Grid - What Is It?

David Frum talks with Greg Schumacher, head of the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Fuller's vision was that if we could interconnect all the countries of the world with an electric grid, we would be able to support 100% renewable energy. But it sounds like a massive cooperation nightmare; I'd imagine that's one of the issues that has to be resolved.
