Magarete Schutluhlowski's Kitchen Design

Magarete Schutluhlowski was one of the first women to study at Vienna's Künskewärbe Schule. She studied how to transform very small living spaces, garden or allotment huts into more permanent housing that could be built with standardized elements. The cleanliness of these spaces was really important beginning at the turn of the century and functional kitchens did do that.
