When we over commit on the whole, we under commit to individual tasks and responsibilities because we simply do not have the necessary resources to actually fully commit to them. And this is where it starts to spiral, because when we're under committed to those responsibilities and we're not doing as good a job as, as we think we should be or we'd hope to be, we're not getting that external validation. What do we do? We say yes again, we take on more and more and more. And our resources never get filled back up. That can lead to sort of that clinical burnout kind of scenario, or it can just lead to what I think is familiar for the vast majority
